We have problem when we connect the milk analyzer Master to the PC – what is the reason?
During the producing process the connection between Milk analyzer Master and PC is mandatory, e.g. operating with the analyzer is not possible without working USB 2.0 connection. Possible causes of communication problems are as follows:
Cable used for connection is different from the mentioned cable in the Operation manual. The operator must use the original cable, supplied from the company producer. The cable must be connected to the port marked as “PC” at the rear side of the milk analyzer.
The other permanent program is available (or virus) that blocks the connection. Please ask your system administrator for assistance.
It is recommended to connect the USB cable to the milk analyzer before switching the device on. This avoids interruptions in the connection.
